Delete account

You can delete your Duopaw account at any time. All your data will be deleted.

Directly in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Duopaw
  2. Tap “Profil” (Profile)
  3. Scroll all the way down
  4. Tap “Konto löschen” (Delete account) and confirm

Without the app, by email

Write to us from the email address you signed up with. We will delete your account within 7 days and send you a confirmation.

Request deletion by email

What is deleted

Your account with email address and profile, your shared pets with chat and photos, and your paws. The other person receives a short notification and can start over with someone else.

What remains for a short time

Technical backups of our service provider are overwritten after 30 days at the latest. Error reports are deleted after 90 days at the latest and contain no names, email addresses, chats or photos.
